Wheelbarrow of flowers

Hello crafters.  Hope all is well.

Sharing a quick card today featuring a frame I was gifted recently.
I've used an image from LOTV, cut to fit the inner shape.

I used an ombre effect paper from Crafter's Companion behind the frame and embellished with some leftover Heartfelt Creations flowers from one of last week's cards. I layered up the flowers with some punched Nellie Snellen ones and finished them with gem centres. The leaves were die cut with some of Sara's Signature dies. The sentiment was cut with Paper Boutique (I quite like the white on white) and the final touch was a dimension butterfly from PM.

  6. According to Stanford Medical, It is really the one and ONLY reason this country's women get to live 10 years more and weigh 19 KG less than us.

(And realistically, it has absolutely NOTHING to do with genetics or some secret-exercise and absolutely EVERYTHING to do with "how" they eat.)

P.S, What I said is "HOW", not "what"...
